Norwalk v. Doutel - Status Update #3 (05/07/2012)
Judge Hudock denies Attorney Baird's request to hear motions she filed and instead abruptly continues the case until September 18th. Attorney Baird tried unsuccessfully multiple times to get her last motion to disclose the police report heard. Judge Hudock doesn't want to hear this motion at all.
Of note is a motion that Judge Hudock also refuses to hear which is a motion to return Mrs. Doutel's firearms to her that was filed by Norwalk's Chief Counsel Jeffrey Spahr.
